Sometimes just sitting down to trade isn't as easy as it looks. Distractions come in many forms and sometimes that couch is just too inviting.... I will talk today about how to set up your environment so that you can maximize your efficiency and profitability.

Stuart McPhee is a private trader, best-selling author and private trading coach. He consults with numerous financial services companies throughout Australia and Southeast Asia. He is one of Australia's most compelling speakers on trading as well as a trader with 20 years of experience.

He took his very first trade in 1996, not knowing anything. In January 2000, he resigned from the Army and began to trade more actively as well as regularly conducting personal coaching, helping fellow traders discover a trading approach that is right for them.

Over the years Stuart has coached many traders and learned more about the problems they face. You can learn much about his philosophy on trading as well as how to become consistently profitable in his best-selling book, Trading in a Nutshell, 4th Edition, which was first published back in 2001 and is now on it's 10th edition.

Every trader must have certain tools in their toolbox to set themselves up for success. I am going through 5 of my most important ones and sharing them with you today.

Ellaine Escueta is a professional trader from California and the woman behind www.tradingelevated.com. She is an ordinary person who was introduced to trading by a book she picked up by accident.
