Sk: Na úpätí majestátnych hôr Tatier, v malej drevenici skrytej medzi borovicami, začína príbeh Mareka, Ivany a Petra.
En: At the foot of the majestic Tatier mountains, in a small wooden cottage hidden among the pines, begins the story of Mareka, Ivany, and Petra.

Sk: Jarné dni prinášali svieži vietor a spev vtákov, čo znamenalo, že sezóna turistov sa blíži.
En: The spring days brought fresh wind and birdsong, signaling that the tourist season was approaching.

Sk: Stara chata, ktorú Marekov dedko postavil ešte pred mnohými rokmi, bola ich rodinným pokladom.
En: The old cottage, which Marek's grandfather built many years ago, was their family's treasure.

Sk: Marek, najstarší z nich, bol vždy zodpovedný.

Sk: Jedno popoludnie sa Marek a Ivana stretli v obývačke chaty.
En: One afternoon, Marek and Ivana met in the living room of the cottage.

Sk: Diskusia začala pokojne, no rýchlo naberala na intenzite.
En: The discussion started calmly but quickly gained intensity.

Sk: "Nemôžeme stále robiť veci ako kedysi, Marek.
En: "We can't keep doing things like we used to, Marek.

Sk: Svet sa mení," presviedčala Ivana.
En: The world is changing," Ivana persuaded.

Sk: "Ale tradície sú to, čo k nám priťahuje ľudí, Ivana!
En: "But traditions are what attract people to us, Ivana!"

Sk: " oponoval Marek s dôrazom.
En: Marek countered emphatically.

Sk: Ako sa slovná prestrelka stupňovala, vonku sa farba oblohy zmenila.
En: As the verbal exchange escalated, the color of the sky outside changed.

Sk: Mraky sa zhustili a vietor nabral na sile.

Sk: Blesky osvetľovali noci, kým hromy súžili tichý les.
