On Today's Quick Talk, We have to remind ourselves to pat ourself on the back because we all deserve a job well done. Last week I had to pat myself on the back because last week I started my whatever diet and although I may have had a cheat day, I DID IT!  Let's get into it!

On Today's Quick Talk, I wanted to remind self and everybody else TO JUST DO IT! Somebody came to me and said they couldn't follow through with what their vision because everybody's doing it. MIC CHECK! NO WAY!  Everybody paying bills but I dot hear you saying let me stop paying this bill because everybody's paying bills.You'll know your girl had to step back to recall feeling the same way, once upon a time. Let's get it!
