I had the pleasure of speaking with Vijay Verma, @TimHortons owner/operator about the Community Safety Day event he hosts every August 16th.

The event celebrates the memory his wife, Nazli Verma, and her commitment to helping youth in her local community. Sadly Nazli lost her battle with cancer in 2013 but this event is held on her birthday in her honour.

We discussed the event, the importance of community and even donuts.

My friend Yonah Budd is an Addiction Counsellor, Crisis Intervention and Management, Criminal Investigator, Radio Talk Show Host. He visited with me at the Honda Indy and we discussed road rage.  Anger and rage impacts a driver's ability to operate their vehicle safely and Yonah shares some ideas as to how we can deal with that rage.
