In our second instalment of Trail Tales, Tom Wake speaks to Lauren Gregory about everything running and beyond. 

Lauren is a wife and mum of 2 young children, Personal Trainer and Amateur Sportswoman of the year. She's also a Salomon and Tailwind ambassador, loves trail running and going the distance in ultra marathons. Lauren has completed events including the CCC, West Country 100 and Pilgrims Challenge. She also enjoys running crazy distances for fun.
