  • You can't make him love you
What attracts us to the opposite sex? Is it physical or is it what we want to see? So many times I nhave fallen in lve with whi I wanted him to be and not what or who he showed me he was. We think we see so much more int them than they see and we feel like if we love them as the potential we will make them into what we want through some kind of osmosis. so let'smtalk about attraction and how we let what we want sometimes blind what we need. How we let loneliness throw us into the  arms of a heart break.

  • Saying Sorry
Why is it so hard to say sorry? Why do we believe that it is weak to apologize or to even admit that you were wrong? It seems that the idea that we might be wrong actually scares people. So let's explore this idea of apologizing not as a weakness, but as a show of strength.

  • Relationships and Reparations'
When we hear the word reparations we usually think about slavery. However, let's look at the definition of reparations and try to undrstand how we use the same priniciple when we have a break up. When we break up with someone we want closure. We want to fully understand how and why things went so wrong. And, if we want ot be truthful, there are those who want revenge so we use our children, pettiness and just evil ways to get back at those who have determined to have wronged us. So, let's step away from the ideas and horrors of slavery and let's use the term reparations in a loose form in today's discussion.
