There comes a time in your life when you realize that your dog has got their shit together more than you. And if you've reached that point, congratulations, you are one step closer to liberation. And if you haven't pondered on that yet, I hope tonight's episode gets your wheels turning.

And that got me observing my dogs a little more closely than usual. And I realized that they have taught me so much about myself, about life love and even sex. On tonight’s show, I’m getting intimate with you about my 2022 commitment: to be celibate. Kinda paradoxical for a podcast about sexuality isn’t it? 
But trust me, being celibate has everything to do with sex. In fact, it’s the fundamental aspect of it. We all come into this world virgins, and though society deems virginity as something to be “lost” as soon as possible, the sacred space it holds for all those who need sexual healing is, in fact, deep medicine, if only we learn to harness it. And in this episode, we will be exploring just that.
