That’s a wrap on 2025! We’re doing an “END OF YEAR” Wrap & Recap for our final episode of the year. Listen as we discuss our favorite trailers from the past year, which ones catfished us, and which 2026 trailers we’re excited to see.
We’re back with an all-new Trailer Teardown episode! Listen to Evan and Angel break down the trailer for the meta-comedy-reboot of ANACONDA starring Jack Black and Paul Rudd.

We’re back (this time on video!) with an all-new Trailer Teardowns episode dissecting what may be the first fully AI "directed" feature film in THE SWEET IDLENESS. Evan and Brendan Bradley (@brendanAbradley) go on deep dive Gen AI tangents, all circling back to trying to figure out if this teaser would be newsworthy if it didn't have the "All AI" label.
Man's Best Friend takes a leading role as Evan and Angel tear into the GOOD BOY trailer -- a horror movie told from the perspective of a dog. In this episode, Angel proposes the next blockbuster starring a dog and find out if Evan ever overcame his fear of dogs, at least enough to see this movie when it comes out.

Are you in for The Smashing Machine? Angel seems convinced but are Evan's reservations real or just a bias because Dwayne Johnson is clearly gunning for an Oscar? From deep dives into stair workouts, does wearing a prosthetic give you an Oscar edge, and the fact that Evan has seen more DJ movies than Angel, this episode will take you for a ride ... all the way to the Oscars? At least listen to it before GTA6 comes out.
New Episode Alert!
We’re dissecting the trailer for the new Stephen King adaptation: THE LONG WALK.
Are we there? Listen to find out.
Director's Cut:
*After further research, THE LONG WALK was King’s FIRST WRITTEN novel (started writing it in 1966–67 during his freshman year at the University of Maine), but NOT HIS FIRST PUBLISHED novel, which was CARRIE in 1974 — according to Wikipedia.
We’re back with an all-new jam-packed episode featuring the return of Evan!
Evan, Patrick, and Angel get into it to dissect the trailer for THE TOXIC AVENGER remake starring Peter Dinklage. We debate whether trailers are ads, Evan and Patrick argue who is the bigger Batman fan, and Patrick gives his final thoughts on James Gunn’s SUPERMAN.
Listen to find out if we are there for Toxie. Are YOU?
Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpPEe4WcAm8
Director's Cut:
*Both Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition and Zach Sanders Justice League are Rated R.
*Unconfirmed if Kyra Sedgwick is in the film.
*James Gunn’s superhero satire film starring Rainn Wilson is called SUPER not HERO.
This week we’re tearing down two trailers with similar vibes: CAUGHT STEALING and AMERICANA. One’s a bit punk rock, the other country/western rock. Both feature colorful characters (Angel’s favorite phrase), guns, and fun energy.
Do either of these trailers get us excited to see the movies in theaters? Listen and find out.
