Hello everyone! this is the healing and dealing podcast. This podcast is going to revolve around overcoming challenges in your life, learning how to thrive and understand yourself and the people around you. I'm going to share personal stories and I'm also going to have incredible guests on the podcast that are going to share their story, how they overcame deep personal challenges in their life, and what really got them to the next level. I can't wait for you yourself to go to a deeper level on every single episode of this podcast, how you can persevere in the midst of darkness and see that there's always light at the end of the tunnel. I am your host, Charlotte Estrada and I am certified in mental health and recovery and trauma informed care. I also have a master's degree in educational counseling and I am currently almost done with my coaching certification in NLP, time techniques, success coaching, life coaching inner child healing, clinical hypnotherapy and Reiki.
