Hey, this is Stephanie from the Stephup Podcast. This podcast is about delving into different topics to learn more about others and more about the world around us.  I  named it Stephup, obviously, because of my name but also because life IS taking steps forward and up (and sometimes backwards too). The more we learn and grow, the more we can actually move foward.  Step by step.

 I'm on a growth journey and my goal is to reach out and learn from other people. I love to have conversations with people because it helps us learn as we exchange thoughts and ideas.  Since we see life from our own perspective, the only way we can understand what someone else is going through is to have those conversations, to listen (and really listen) as we try to understand and empathize. I want to be authentic with those around me coz only then can we heal and grow. Let's just be ourselves. 

Not only do I love conversations but I love finding different topics to explore, which turn into ideas for the podcast. And I like to have fun so sometimes my ideas are not even serious but they come from my own experiences.
