Welcome friend! So glad you're here with me, exploring what we can learn from the worst moments and times of our lives, as in invitation for whole-self integration... that's right, loving the totality of ourselves, even the ugly parts, and the full spectrum of our lives, not just our fleeting pinnacles of success and achievement.  

This trailer introduces a bit about what you can expect from my pod.  The ethos being; Don't love me for the mask I wear, don't adore me for the veneer you see on social media, don't applaud me for the image I project to you!  I want to show you my whole self, and let you be the judge, and I invite others who will be guests here to do the same! 

Although at times I hope it will be found poignant, I think in a lot of ways we are sitting at the intersection of comedy and self-development.

I will be having entrepreneurs, comedians, people in my life who have interesting stories to share, authors, magnates, sovereigns, witches, bitches all mining the caverns of their spinouts for the treasures surely contained within.  The experiences they share are just the backdrops for the feelings they felt, and what they learned about themselves and the world in the process.
