Trevor Fye, Sarah Wallace & Matt Lipsey regaling a day and night in the mud and frozen corneas @ the Rabid Raccoon. And we close out with Matt Pacheco, Brenda Chaffee, & Steven Estremara digging into mud hole spirit animals and the abberation of gnomes riding unicorns at Spring On The Trails. Join us.

In this round we went deep on the Adirondacks with Michael Brockway, Sarah Keyes, Laura Tuttle, and Jay Whitebourne chatting on runable routes, classic FKT lines, and favorite locations and establishments for caloric intake.

The World Marathon Challenge. Although non-trail, this has been an event that has stoked my imagination and inspiration. Join us as we welcome 2023 winners David Kilgore & Deirdre Keane, and prior winner Michael Wardian to offer a glimpse of this incredible adventure. For a focal event this week, we connect with Kim Levinsky of Sassquad Trail Running on the weekend's Frosty Fat Sass along with a part of the CULTRA crew who laid down a quality six hours of trail, mud, community, and laughs.
