Increasingly as scams become more sophisticated, consumers (and that means your clients too!) are naturally worrying more about whether the services they are purchasing for help with their dog are legit or not.
For the first time this year I've had people actually contact us to ASK if one of our programmes is a scam (because they found us via a facebook ad).
It's a shame that the amount of shadiness around has a ripple effect onto honest companies, but the good news it that there are lots of things that you can do to prove your authenticity and reassure your potential clients.
