In this episode Deb's been on some training and shares a few tips which she learned. Training is important at Alice Charity and volunteers and staff are encouraged to go on training.

There's also some debate about Deb's new flip flops, or as she insists on calling them, her sliders. Helen's not convinced by them but Deb insists they're great for holidays.
