Troy Reh is an LSM for the PLL Chaos, graduated from Albany in 2018 as an All-American, and coaches lacrosse to kids in the Long Island area.  "Just having the ability now, being at the professional level, and having the platform to give back something that I didn't have as much... a professional or older person to go to, ask for drills..." Troy (@treh10) is from Rocky Point NY, and it was clear in our conversation how passionate he is about the game of lacrosse, and providing guidance to the younger generations of the sport.  Under recruited as a "late bloomer" Troy had a lot of great information to share about becoming one of the best players in the sport.  Enjoy!

Amanda is a midfielder for the WPLL Brave, an assistant coach at Hofstra University, and a member of the USA Women's National Training Team.  "I really just think that I love being able to share... what I wish I knew..." Amanda (@amandajohansen7) is from Glen Head NY, where she attended North Shore HS, before she was a two time captain and all-american while jump starting a new USC lacrosse program.  Great conversation with Amanda about how she has been able to fulfill her dream of being a professional athlete, and what has helped her be successful along the way.

John (@JohnRanagan31) is a stud hauling from the hotbed Yorktown, NY. He was an All-American and captain at Johns Hopkins. Now plays professionally in the PLL for the Chrome LC as well as in the NLL for the New York Riptide. John has a motor that helps him blow by defenders and come up big in 4th quarters. More importantly, he has won Teammate of the year award in the NLL. He shares important lessons along his journey as well as what it has took for him to play over 7 years in both professional leagues! Enjoy!

Nicole is an assistant coach for the University of Colorado women's lacrosse team, and a recent '19 graduate from Syracuse University, where she ended her career ranked 10th in points (222), and tied for ninth in goals (141). "After my freshman year, I was getting a lot of new kids coming up to me asking 'hey I wana learn your shot' and, at this point anybody can learn, but it might not be everybody's strength..."Nicole (@nicole_levy_) is from East Islip NY, and gave a great in depth look at what has made her successful, why she is so passionate about the game, how she's giving back, and more.

Charlie is a goalie for the PLL Waterdogs, graduated in 2012 from Fairfield U as all-american, and is a coach and counselor at Frodham Prep in NY. "It's funny they always tell me, 'Cip you're probably the most sane goalie i've seen, but I'm pretty insane deep down too..." Charlie (@ccips25) is from Williston Park NY, and gave an amazing in depth look at how he has been so successful as a goalie an and off the field, the proper etiquette for practice crease cranks, and a whole lot more.  Must listen for any goalie.

Lauren is a WPLL Pride defender, Northwestern '16 grad, youth coach, talented musician, and looking for her next best fitting professional role around brand and marketing.  "I'm not sure if there was ever a moment of 'i can do this' more of just, 'this is what i want' and these are the steps that I need to take to get there..." Shelby is an assistant coach at Northwestern, plays for the WPLL Pride, and graduated in '18 from NU, where she was a Tewaaraton nominee, 4 year starting attacker, and all-time leader in draw control.  "What can I do more to help these girls have a positive experience individually? Joe is a professional lacrosse player for the PLL Whipsnakes, an all-american '15 UMD grad, and works professionally in medical sales.  "At a young age I realized I wasn't going to be a 6'2 beast of a midfielder, it's not going to happen, so what else can I do to maximize my body, that I can control."
