  • SW&G CEO- Lydia Evans

On this episode of the TrampTalk we have the pleasure of talking with the beautiful CEO and Esthetician (skin care badass) Lydia Evans. Lydia is the creator of SW&G Essentials. "Soaps Washing & Grooming" aquired the nickname "SWAG" by the early patron's of Lydia's brand in the Barbershops of Houston, TX. After 8 years of grinding, Lydia decided to look for an investor to grow her brand., This journey landed her a spot on the hit TV show Shark Tank.  Though the sharks didn't necessarily see Lydia's vision,  within hours of the show airing, SW&G Essentials grossed more revenue than what Lydia was asking from the investors. She has been covered on multiple platforms, from the View, Good Morning America, Forbes, Black Enterprise amongst many others. I"m so grateful to have Lydia as a friend. She's always offered outstanding advice and has remarkable business saavy. If you want to find the perfect product for your specific skin type, visit: Pure-Swag.com

  • An Exquisite Chef

On this episode of TrampTalk I had the opportunity of speaking with executive Chef Kevin O’Neil.

Kevin is a New York City native currently residing in Connecticut. Operating the EP Local Food truck along with catering upscale events, Chef is more than familiar with that long, tiring walk that we call the Tramp.  In his journey of becoming a premier Chef in the culinary world, he first traveled the globe in a never-ending quest for knowledge and understanding of cuisine. The Chef gives some insight on his Creative Process. From scouting fresh seasonal vegetables, to sketching the plate presentation, the Chef has opened my eyes to how a “hash-slinger” (slang for Chef) is truly an artist. Kevin is an also an adventurer, From stunting on a motorbike to skydiving, Kevin is a fearless leader.  I was also honored to share a panel with the Chef in a Mastermind Group entitled “Leadership Through Crisis”. We talk more in depth about our personal experiences on the panel as well as building on the concept of being a great leader. Visit EP Local for truck locations or to plan your next event!
