The "fight or flight" stress response is a necessary and natural protective system that helps us survive on this planet. So, getting rid of the
stress response mechanism is not a good idea. That is why understanding how this "Chill-Out & to Relax" button, the vagus nerve, can help you reduce stress and anxiety on demand whenever you need it. You can practice these vagus nerve exercises regularly to build up your resilience against stress better.
The function of the vagus nerve is
to control your mood, heart rate, digestion, and immune response. Stimulating your
vagus nerve can help to regulate many functions in your body. Some studies
indicate that it is possible to stimulate the vagal nerve fibers through breathing. This
is why deep breathing exercises are good for reducing heart rate and helping to relax
better. Researchers have discovered that slow-paced breathing stimulates vagal tone
and helps to improve overall health.

Whether you've been suffering from insomnia regularly or every once in a while, and you'd not only like to fall asleep but sleep deeper naturally, this is for you. This Deep Relaxation and Sleep Trance Healing has contained self-hypnotic guided meditation, a short breathing practice, binaural frequency for deeper sleep, and my voice is adjusted to the frequency that penetrates deeper into your subconscious mind.
Suggestions:
1) Open the windows or turn the fan/ac to cool your bedroom prior to your bedtime, and start dimming your apt/house 2 hours before your bedtime
2) Set a timer 40 min before your ideal bedtime, that is your cue to stop/wrap whatever you're doing for the night
3) Set another timer 30 min before your bedtime, and please do your best to turn off your digital devices or turn airplane mode on 30 min before your bedtime
4) Make sure you set alarm for tomorrow morning
5) Before you go to bed, breathe slowly and deeply from your diaphragm (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth) 3-6 times
6) When the remaining 30 min is up, you can turn on your phone to listen to this episode once you're in bed
7) Many people experienced some changes in the first try but the responses vary. Try not to make "it (sleep)" happen, just let sleep come to you.
8) Tell yourself that your natural state is healthy. Health is already inside of your body. And your body knows how to return to the original, natural healthy state.
9) When you wake up, ideally within an hour from the rise of the sun, let your eyes absorb the light (unless you're viewing at the time of sunrise, please avoid looking the sun directly). This allows your brain to regulate your physiological clock better by stimulating the production and release of serotonin and melatonin for the evening.
Introducing my Hypnotic Meditation Space where you can simply listen and activate your own healing abilities for FREE!
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, founder of Heather and Hearts Healing, a company dedicating to transform traumas and life challenges to the essence of healing and energy of moving forward. I have been meditating since I was 3 years old, but my meditation isn't the typical meditation you listen to. My hypnomeditation helps you to activate your own healing abilities and strengthen your heart energy so you can move forward with more healthier and happier body, mind, energy and spiritual mindset.
Are you feeling stressed lately? Are you breathing deeply lately? Breathing is the easiest and fastest tool to calm your nervous system in a few deep breaths. I'm taking you a step by step how you can use your breaths to relax your mind and body at the same time and reduce your stress instantly. Stress is a bodily reaction and signals to you by saying, "We (your body) are working very hard to respond to your fear, anger, worries, and trauma triggers to keep you safe from whatever you think it is attacking you from." So all you have to do at the moment of feeling stress, you can switch the signal to your brain by slowing and deepening your breaths.
This simple deep breathing exercise can reduce your stress/anxiety level in a few breaths, and more you practice it, you gain more control of your mental, emotional and physical reactions to the stress factors. You see, everyone is living under some sorts of stressful environment, but not everyone gets knocked out by stress and some develop further illnesses, diseases, and dysfunctions. The difference between those two groups of people is a skill to relax their nervous system on demand. That's all that is, your body will do the rest for you, but first you have to give your brain a cue that you want to chill and relax instead of reacting to every stress trigger in your life.
Happy breathing!

Hello!
I’m so grateful to be connected with you today.
In the time of uncertainty, negative thoughts could trigger some old pains, overthinking, or perhaps hidden traumas that you didn't know it existed until now. Many people are going through relationship issues whether it's a family relationship, intimate relationship, marriage, friendship, co-workers, or maybe your relationship with your own self. The self-quarantine forces us to have extra "Me-Time" and some people are very happy about that, but for others, it is a difficult time to face to themselves.
I am a true believer of the power of self-love. I believe mastering self-love is a part of our life mission, because mastering how to love ourselves means discovering who we really are, returning to who we truly are, it also means how much love we can give to our love to others, back to the Mother Gaia, and the Universe.
Thank you for sharing your self-love journey with me.
I’m so grateful to be connected with you today, and hope you and your family are safe and sound.
