Reaching out for help can be difficult and scary but it is something I recommend everyone to do. If it's not to a professional than to someone that you trust and feel comfortable with. You don't always have to battle your problems alone. Look after yourself and stay safe
This is a topic I don't hear much about, and it's something I've been experiencing my whole life so I got a LOT to say about it lmao.
Im back from hermit mode. If you haven't already take a break! It's okay and important to take time off for yourself and your mental health!
In this episode we touched on a lot of interesting subtopics under relationships, hope you all enjoy! once again I would like to apologise for the bad connection on my end, didn't realise that it was bad until I started editing but overall everything else is good! would like to thank todays guest for joining me on this episode.

I never really talked about my spiritual journey before and how I got to where I am now, but I know I wouldn't have been able to talk about it in the past because it is hard to talk about. I didn't edit much because I want it to be raw because It is a deep topic for me to talk about so Im sorry for all the background noise and long pauses. Hope you guys enjoy!
