  • The Genius Behind ElectroSpit with Bosko Kante
The idea of visibility is a subject we want to spend some time on in the forthcoming episodes. Getting your brand or product out into the public eye so that the right people can find and connect with what you do is such a vital part of building something that sticks. We want to help you get the shine that you and your business deserve! Today, our guest is Bosko Kante, and his story illustrates this exact concept.
Bosko is the great mind behind ElectroSpit, the next generation of mobile talkbox technology. After contributing to and producing some of the biggest popular songs around, Bosko wanted to take his talkbox artistry to the next level, make it easier to perform live, and build a business that used his passion for music and engineering. On top of this project, Bosko is also behind the Black Music Entrepreneurship Incubator, and we get to see how his vision for these different avenues ties together.
Hearing Bosko's story and the enthusiasm and persistence with which he has approached the different stages of his career is truly inspiring. He is an excellent example of why visibility, networking, and taking leaps of faith can make all the difference in your trajectory.

  • New Year, Same Me
Welcome back to Transcend the podcast. Today, I want to talk to you about the new year and new goals. Every year people say, “new year, new me,” right. I almost titled this episode “New Year, New Me, but I decided to call it “New Year, Same Me” because there's this sense of, and I usually do it too, that whatever I was doing the year before wasn't working and now is the time to step my game up.
First of all, you don't have to wait until the new year to step your game up. But of course, it's an easy calendar switch; the season marks a new beginning, so I get it. But I'm going to challenge you today to think about the same things you want to continue doing in 2022 that worked for you and brought you success in 2021.
Instead of thinking about erasing everything you did or thinking that maybe 2021 wasn't good enough, I want you to reflect and think about what worked well for you and to continue doing those things. Sometimes that's more helpful than starting something new because you already have momentum with what you're doing.
I’m excited to bring you today’s episode and get us all moving together into a new year of abundance and success. Let’s dive in.

  • Looking Ahead to 2022 with Leslie Tagorda
We spend so much time deliberating over decisions in life and business. We often act in discordance with our intuition, stuck in a perpetual cycle of work due to outside pressure from western, patriarchal expectations. However, there is an abundance of ancestral wisdom that we have at our disposal, and by looking at our astrological charts, we can access it! Furthermore, there is much to be learned from the planets about what is in store for us in 2022!
Today on the show we welcome Leslie Tagorda of New Moon Creative, a multiracial brand astrologer, designer, podcast host, and author. As an Aquarius (Sun), Sagittarius (Moon), Gemini (Rising), and Human Design Projector, Leslie has found her calling navigating visionary spiritual entrepreneurs and social impact makers to their star-charted success in their spiritual journey through their work.
Our conversation with Leslie is all about how our natal charts can help us break free from external conditioning and act in alignment with the celestial energies. She talks about how she helps her clients stop wasting time and making choices that stand in dissonance with their stars. We also get into the astrological happenings of 2020 and what the movements of the planetary bodies can tell us about the coming year.
