True emotional connection requires us to be honest, open and trust the other person. That means, you have to be vulnerable- which is opening yourself to recieve the benefits of intimacy. Showing your vulnerable side leads to better relationships of all kinds, it boost confidence( being able to stand in moments of fear, you are able to be courageous even when all parts of ur being is telling you to give up, you are able to adopt to new and healthy habits, also it helps you to be more accepting when others are vulnerable.

In this episode, we dive into the topic of being vulnerable. Getting intouch with our emotions and being our authentic selves. How the world view vulnerability and as a result how we develop the fear of vulnerability.

This is my first podcast episode and this topic means a lot to me. Because i am on a journey of building a relationship with God and through this journey, i have gotten a deeper understanding of what LOVE is. So i wanted to share my understanding of what the word entails patterning to our relationship with God. I wanted to only post this episode if i get the recording perfect without any mistakes. But at some point i realize that I don’t need it to be perfect without mistakes in oder for it to send the message across. The whole point of This podcast is not to be perfect.
