It’s our final episode on the chakra series, where we explore each of the 7 primary chakra centers in depth. We discuss the interconnectedness of our energetic, physical, mental, and emotional selves, offering insights into how we can navigate and clear the blockages in our lives.

In this episode, we focus on the lessons of the Crown Chakra. This chakra, located at the top of your head, governs your connection to Source, Spirit, enlightenment and eternal wisdom. It allows us to transform our beliefs, receive support along our journey, and find a deeper connection to our own inner guidance.

A balanced Crown Chakra allows us to practive surrender and trust, deeper than our human body can sometimes comprehend. We trust the guidance of the divine, seek support when we feel unclear, allow for the full human experience, and trust a higher guidance is working in our favor. Synchronicities and alignment appears more often. We know our time on earth is limited, and its only a step along our higher path. This guidance gives us faith to fiercely step into our true potential, from a place of love, faith and surrender.

Signs of a Blocked Crown Chakra:

• Apathetic, lack of direction, negative or pessimistic 
• Overly skeptical
• Materialistic 
• Oversleeping, depression, difficulty learning 
• Loss of interest socializing 
• Physical: nerve problems, muscular atrophy, neurological conditions, dull senses 

Ways to Balance:

• The color violet/ white, meditate on this chakra and envision energy moving from above the crown downward through the chakras to your root
• Stop believing negative thoughts
• Energy work & healing
• Simplify your environment (people, surroundings, material possessions
• Develop & commit to a spiritual practice
• Be open to guidance: Connect with your Higher Self, guides or angels
