Fatigue can break you but awareness of it can make you.
Fatigue awareness will help with better management and development in understanding your body and mental capacity and ultimately your overall well being and progression.
We can break down the main points of fatigue into acute fatigue which can dissipate after a single session and accumulate fatigue which can take days, weeks or even longer to resolve.
