When you hear the word "sacrifice" what does it mean to you? Do you think about giving up things for your family? Do you think about your diet and exercise program? Chances are really good the word sacrifice has a really bad connotation for you. What if rather than looking at life changes as "sacrifices" you just look at them as simply changes. Not necessarily good or bad, but just a change. Often when people are undergoing changes in their lives the come face to face with their own "dark side" even when those changes, those sacrifices, ultimately are very good changes.
With every life coach around preaching "love and light" all the time it can really make us feel really bad about...well, feeling bad. The truth is we all have a "dark side" and while hopefully, that doesn't mean you are a secret serial killer it probably does mean you've had a difficult time trying to balance positive thinking and law of attraction with how you really feel deep down inside.
