A short visualisation to help you take the energetic resonance out of bad memories.

Quite a difficult one to word this one, it's based around the fact that the UK TV programme "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" lost viewers this year partly because people were saying there wasn't enough drama and conflict, and I wanted to explore that.  I also managed to make myself look bad when trying to explain why I don't like having bad thoughts anymore, because to be honest I struggled to think of what negative thoughts I might have.  Since my energy has shifted I've found that I simply don't think negative things, and if I get angry or upset the feeling is just too horrible to be allowed to continue for more than a few seconds.  If it isn't clear just message me and I'll try to explain more, but hopefully I did a good job! 

There has been a lot of conflict in the UK lately, and in other countries in the world.  That air of conflict has been played out in families, at work, and in other areas of society.  It has been rather a depressing and unsettled time, and it's possible to feel that things don't change, they will never change, well they have.  Have a listen.
