Abeer Seikaly, is an architect living in Jordan. She has designed portable huts woven of natural wool which keeps out rain, wind, sand and keeps the temperature constant.  to make sure these huts would work, Abeer took one to Mt. Everest and spent a night which proved there would work they way they were designed.  The designs are being reviewed and produced to help the huge refugee population in the area.
