GenZ Brianna Cea, founded Generation Vote to get GenZs and Millennials involved in the political process.  One of the big focus is on voter suppression which has been targeted toward young people by taking away places to vote on college campuses and not accepting certain voter IDs.  Generation Vote is now located in New York and Florida but will be branching out to involve more young people in other states.  
 She has some great insights into why the young now really want to vote and how they are becoming more involved in local politics.

At age 9, Katie Stagliano grew a cabbage that weighed over 40 lb.  She took it to a shelter where it was prepared and served to over 200 people.  That set Katie on fire and she started a garden with various vegetables to feed more people who were food insecure.  Katie, now in her early twenties, has started kids from 9-16 all over the country growing food to help those in need.  And, is branching out to other countries.  Katie is typical of Gen Z's determination and entrepreneurial spirit.

When he saw the people in Venezuela, suffering under the dictatorship there, it touched John Miles, a digital entrepreneur. He partnered up with another entrepreneur and they decided the best way to help was to find a way to employ these educated, talented and hard-working people.  He also paid them in US dollars because the Venezuelan currency would lose it's value very quickly and people could not provide for themselves and their families.  He came up with the idea for iWorker, which pairs talent like web design, social media skills, etc. to business who need these skills. Soon he had 7,000 companies on board and over 350 skilled workers, some of whom are now employed by these companies as regular employees via Zoom. His work enabled many of the workers to leave Venezuela to the safety of other countries to live a safe and normal life.

SQuire Rushnell ( yes the Q is supposed to be capitalized), coined the word, "Godwinks" which is now in the dictionary and means events and happenings that have no logical explanaton other than coming from a spiritual force.  Based on that he wrote a series of books telling about the many Godwinks happening for people who had sent him their stories.  He also along with his actress wife created Hallmark Godwink movies and is now creating inspirational cards and other products based on those wonderful unexplained happenings.  This will help you remember the Godwinks in your own life because they are there.

When faced with several instances of life-threatening illnesses, Michael H. Ballard decided that doctors would not decide his fate.  Instead he found ways to heal himself and restore his health.  When his young daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor, Michael decided the same thing and she is now older and healthy.  Realizing how powerful his discoveries were, Michael decided to share his techniques with others and created workshops and talks to do that.  Amazing and powerful interview.

With the pandemic going on most of us have forgotten about climate change and how it is still impacting our world even with everything else going on.  Jamie Margolin is the founder of Zero Hour which is focusing on corporations and government to pay attention to the current problems and the the devastation hanging over us ad the permafrost from the Artic melts and releases carbon and other harmful elements into our atmosphere plus the fact that the Arctic is heating up faster than any other place on earth currently.

Growing up in a impoverished section of Nairobi, Albert made the decision to help others who were in the same circumstances.  He created Slumcode as a place where education, entrepreneurship and the ability to be sustainable could be taught to change the circumstances of children, youth and women.  His photo is of his climb to Mt. Coming from a migrant worker family, Donna thought she was locked into the cycle of poverty until someone helped her to get a degree, which opened many doors and let her to finally get her Ph.D and become and inspiration for many caught in poverty.  She formed Communication Across Barriers to spread hope to people who though they had no options.  Dr. Donna is an inspirational speaker, workshop leader helping people understand  poverty and how it impacts people and what needs to happen to end it.
