His expertise spans primary and partial hip and knee replacements, revision surgeries, outpatient joint replacements, and advanced computer-assisted surgical techniques. Additionally, he co-founded M2 Orthopedic Partners, a private-equity backed orthopedic management company. Dr. Meneghini's impressive educational journey began at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in engineering. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, and pursued a fellowship in complex hip and knee replacement at the Mayo Clinic. Before founding IJRI, he led the Indiana University Health Hip and Knee Center for over a decade. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Meneghini has received numerous accolades, including the Coventry Award at the Mayo Clinic, the Early Career Achievement Award from Indiana University School of Medicine, and the Career Achievement Award from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In 2020, he attained the academic rank of Professor in Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Meneghini is also a prolific researcher, having authored over 200 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. His commitment to advancing the field extends to his roles on the executive boards of the Knee Society, Mid-American Orthopaedic Association (MAOA), the International Orthopedic Education Network (IOEN), and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), where he will serve as President in 2025. Dr. Piuzzi performs over 400 surgeries annually and leads one of the most productive joint research groups in the United States, publishing over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts each year and conducting numerous clinical trials. His vision is to advance patient care through evidence-based orthopedic surgery and personalized medicine. With over 375 published articles and numerous awards, including the AAOS/OREF/ORS Clinician Scholar Career Development Program Award, Dr. Piuzzi continues to shape the future of orthopedic care and research.
Dr. Piuzzi completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires and a fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapies. His commitment to patient care and innovative research makes him a leading voice in the field of orthopedics.

Dr. Javad Parvizi, MD, FRCS, the newly appointed Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Acibadem University in Istanbul. With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Parvizi has performed more than 10,000 surgical procedures, including over 1,000 hip joint preservation surgeries. He is globally renowned for his pioneering work in managing periprosthetic joint infection and venous thromboembolism.
Before joining Acibadem University, Dr. Parvizi was the Director and Vice Chair of Research at the Rothman Institute. He has authored over 1,000 peer-reviewed articles, penned 18 textbooks, and received over 100 awards from prestigious medical organizations. His research is well-funded by top institutions such as the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defense.
Dr. Parvizi's extensive training includes a medical degree from the UK, cardiothoracic surgical training in Great Britain, and a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic. He completed a fellowship in Switzerland under Professor Reinhold Ganz, focusing on hip disorders in young adults. In 2003, he joined the Rothman Orthopedic Institute and served as the James Edward Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine until 2023.
Dr. Parvizi has held numerous leadership roles, including president of the Musculoskeletal Infection Society and the Eastern Orthopedic Association, and he is currently the President of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He co-founded the International Consensus Group, which produced a comprehensive resource on orthopedic infections.
In addition to his medical achievements, Dr. Parvizi is the founder and CEO of Parvizi Surgical Innovation (PSI) LLC, an incubator for developing groundbreaking healthcare products. He has trained over 2,000 research and clinical fellows and residents, and his dedication to education and global knowledge sharing has earned him honorary memberships in numerous organizations.

Dr. Joseph Iannotti is a prominent figure in the field of orthopedic surgery. As he continues to make significant strides in his illustrious career, he has recently assumed the role of Chief Research and Academic Officer at Cleveland Clinic Florida. His dedication to advancing healthcare is further emphasized by his tenure as the Chief of Staff at Cleveland Clinic Florida for the past five years, where he has played a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the hospital's operational excellence. In addition to his clinical role, he holds the esteemed position of Professor of Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Iannotti also occupies the Lang Family Endowed Chair of Orthopedic Surgery. With an impressive career spanning several decades, Dr. Iannotti previously served as the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Chair of the Orthopedic and Rheumatology Institute at the Cleveland Clinic from 2000 to 2018. Spencer joined Stryker in 1999 and has been in a progression of leadership roles for the past 24 years. In 2019, Spencer was named Group President, Orthopaedics and Spine and oversees Global Joint Replacement, Trauma & Extremities and Global Spine Division. Under Spencer’s leadership, the Digital, Robotics, and Enabling (DRE) Technologies organization was formed in 2021.
