Jeff and Adrienne Reichanadter are the parents of five children, two of whom have graduated from Covenant Christian High School and are off to college, and three ranging from middle school through grade school.

As a family, the Reichanadters are committed to adventures in God’s leading, including a stint in urban living, a season in India working at a school and children’s home, suburban farming, homeschooling, and backpacking across US and foreign lands.

Jeff is currently the Formation and Leadership Development Pastor at The Creek on the southeast side of Indianapolis. The Creek is a thriving church ministry committed to Connecting People to Jesus.

Jeff holds an MA from Grace Theological Seminary and an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary. Adrienne attended Taylor University and also spent a semester abroad in Israel. She later graduated with a BS in Communications from Goshen College. Adrienne is passionate about mentoring younger mothers.

Nate and Julie Prahlow met at Valparaiso University  and got married in 1996. In the same year, Julie completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. Nate graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999 and finished his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in 2003. He has been teaching at the IU School of Medicine since then and is currently the Residency Program Director. Julie has worked as a physical therapist, a stay-at-home mom, a preschool teacher, and a grade school Spanish teacher. She is now beginning to teach English as a Second Language. Roger Williams is the Senior Pastor at New City Church in Indianapolis and an Ecclesial Professor of Practical Theology at Indianapolis Theological Seminary. He graduated from Western Illinois University and obtained his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. Before starting New City Church, he served as an Assistant Pastor at Christ Community Church (PCA) in Carmel, IN for five years. He also teaches Practical Theology (spiritual formation and preaching) at Indianapolis Theological Seminary.

Carmen Williams has worked alongside Roger in pastoral ministry and church planting and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Truman State University. She has held administrative roles at New City Church, Young Life, and Parakaleo, and currently works full-time as a Compliance Analyst at Community Health Network. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going on dates with her husband, spending time with friends and family, and being active outdoors. She also loves spending time in nature, connecting with women over coffee and long walks, and reading books about health, nutrition, and Jesus.

Roger and Carmen have been married for 29 years and have five kids, three of whom are married. They also have two grandchildren and two more on the way, and they are becoming empty-nesters, as their son Joshua graduated from Covenant in May 2024.

Greg Enas is currently a Venture Catalyst as the founder of Innovatov LLC, where he assists leaders across both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, in creating better enterprises, communities, and environments, allowing the world to be part of something greater than itself.

Greg also serves as the Vice Chairman of CHORUS®, Inc., a nationally recognized management consultancy, where he works with a team of experienced thought leaders from high-growth companies, focusing on strategic planning, leadership development, and team development to achieve sustainable growth.

From 1982 to  2011, Greg served at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. He started as a senior statistician and was promoted into management in Statistical and Mathematical Sciences, Decision Sciences, and US Regulatory Affairs. He was responsible for external negotiation with governmental regulators, and internal leadership for building capabilities and capacity for growth and impact.

Greg is also the co-founder of Citizen 7, a crowdsourcing organization that brings together men of various backgrounds to unite around different initiatives in the city to heal and grow the good in Indianapolis.

Greg attended Biola University in California, where he earned a  BS in Mathematical Sciences, and later headed to the opposite coast to attend the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned a Ph.D. in Biostatistics.

Matt Scogin has been the President of Hope College in Holland, MI since 2019. Before returning to his alma mater to lead it into its next chapter,  he held several leadership positions in various fields. He was the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Perella Weinberg Partners from 2014 to 2019, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at NYSE Euronext from 2009 to 2014, and various roles at Wachovia Bank / Wells Fargo and the US Department of Treasury.

Matt graduated from Hope College in 2002 with a BA in Economics and Political Science, and he later earned a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Business and Government Policy from Harvard Kennedy School in 2005.

Matt is married to Sarah, also a 2002 graduate of Hope College. They have three children named Sophie, Lucy, and Oliver.

Dr. Jeremy Mann is the Founder and Head of School at The Field School, a diverse, classical, Christ-centered school on the west side of Chicago.

Before founding The Field School, Jeremy served as the Director of Programming and Development at the Center for Pastor Theologians from 2012 to 2017. He was also the School Director/Manager at Teach for America from 2010 to 2013 and a Special Education teacher at LAUSD in Los Angeles from 2008 to 2010. 

Jeremy lives in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago with his wife, Erin, who most recently worked as a nurse practitioner at Lawndale Christian Health Center, and now stays home with their five children, three of whom attend The Field School. 

Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Theology/Theological Studies from Wheaton College (2021), an M.Div. from Trinity International University (2015), an M.Ed. in Special Education and Teaching from Loyola Marymount University (2010), and a B.A. in Philosophy from Biola University (2008).

Deanna Bowman is a writer for the Special Operations Association of America based in Washington D.C. She writes social media posts, blogs, letters to Congress, reports, grants, and more to support and advocate for special operators and their families, including Green Berets, Navy SEALs, Marine Raiders, Army Rangers, and others.

Deanna also does contract work for a new nonprofit organization that aims to support veterans and their families through canine and equine therapy and other means. Prior to this, she worked for 11 years at Indiana Wesleyan University in various positions and ended up as a Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives.

Deann is very active in her church, where for the past 14 years she has been a worship leader. 

Deanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Indiana Wesleyan University, which she earned in 2010.

Deanna is married to Evan Bowman, a farmer, and they have two cats. They reside in Wabash, IN.

Becky Fields taught English at Covenant Christian High School from 1995 to 2008, worked for the Teachers Retirement Fund for a year, and then taught at Heritage Christian Schools. Becky was also an adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis and an education consultant at Greenwood Christian Academy. 

Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in English and a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Indianapolis.

Becky is happily married to Jeff, and they have three sons who graduated from Covenant.

Pastor Damon Howell loves Jesus and serves Him as the Equipping Pastor at The Blended Church in Indianapolis. Damon has a degree in Biology from Wabash College, where he later worked as the Sr. Assistant Director of Admissions from 1998 to 2008.  Damon is married to Terri, and they have two daughters, Sierra and Kaya. He and Terri are also grandparents to Malachi.

Amanda and Justin discovered the positive impact of Christian education on the lives of students through their involvement with Covenant. Amanda's grandmother was her only consistent Christian influence growing up; however, she didn't come to faith until she was 25. Justin's family required him to attend church when he was younger, but he didn't make his faith his own until later in life.  After coming to faith through different routes, Justin and Amanda also found one another through their mutual affinity for coaching young men and women in football and basketball. 

Amanda graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Secondary Math Education, and she later earned a master's degree in Secondary Education. She joined Covenant in 2017 after teaching at several other schools.

Justin graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Columbus, where he earned a BA in General Studies. He currently works at Lowe's as a Pro-Specialist.
