I believe we all go through negative. I also believe that it is always harder to go from negative to positive. There are plenty of studies that show evidence of this but few actually understand how to do it. Fortunately a couple of requirements are not hard to find. The hardest part is working at getting yourself back to where you started. To some that is daunting enough. The second requirement being that of actually transmuting these negative emotions, experiences and using that very core negativity and manifest it using tools such as singing, writing, working out among other things.
