  • How are you coming to God in your emotional/mental distress?
  • How are you actively growing in your emotional awareness?
  • Are you fully trusting God with all areas of your life?
  • Are you allowing God to use suffering in your life to advance the gospel?

    • Application steps:

    • Battle Buddy: someone who knows 100% of your story, someone who can help you fight lies & temptations
    • Battle Verses: 3-5 quick truths from scripture you can memorize & pray over yourself - ex: “you will not leave me or forsake me"
