The podcast currently has 9 episodes available.
In this incredibly timely episode, Lena does a lot of tallking, spends a non-zero amount of time on Milo's teeth, and Lilly pitches her new Property Brothers spinoff. #flippinit
Spoiler warnings: light spoilers from 32:40 to 34:45, finale spoilers from 58:30 to 58:40
Music: "Newer Wave" by Kevin MacLeod
We're back! Lilly and Lena talk about Leonard Roberts' recently published essay about his experience working on Heroes. It's not a good look for anyone else.

Lilly & Lena are together at last! This one was recorded Spring 2019 when the pair were finally in the same room for a beautiful 24 hours to discuss "Better Halves." They talk about the lack of Mohinder, Peter, Matt or literally anyone interesting because the episode is 90% a weird, boring Niki/DL drama. Also covered: Lilly's cool Guns N' Roses hat, Lena's computer stickers, Lilly's text ringtone, literally anything except the actual episode.

Lilly, Lena, and Special Guest Rebecca, shine a light on the series that woke them and broke them, the equally awesome and frustrating Supernatural! They go over the pilot in all it's mid-2000s perfection, and run around in circles talking about the most trashfirey episodes list they came up with. This episode has everything: songs, bad jokes, crappy audio, toxic masculinity, alpacas! Lena makes a bunch of Gilmore Girls references that only sometimes work, Lilly has TWOP flashbacks, Rebecca is a ghost! Join us as we salt and burn this show into the crispy flames of the trashfire and probably shoot at it for good measure, I guess.
Episodes Covered:
101 - Pilot
303 - Bad Day at Black Rock
311 - Mystery Spot
313 - Ghostfacers
615 - The French Mistake

In a brand new, totally contemporary episode, Lilly and Lena wrap up the Las Vegas side quest! Lena manages to say "coitus" twice which is unfortunate considering how many other words the audio cut out on. After the recap Lena and Lilly talk about what they've been watching and then uhhhhh a lot of politics. It's another episode of shirtlessness and non-existent character arcs, but hey at least Claire got some solid emotional and psychological closure.

Heroes finally starts to connect the dots in this breather, but Lilly and Lena seem to want to talk about everything except the episode, which is okay because isn't psychoanalyzing your friends so much more fun? Lena has apparently lost all ability to recap coherently (bad notes, soz), Lilly is bowled over by how hot everyone in this episode is, both agree that Nathan is a predatory hypocritical dick.

In this gangbuster episode of Trashfire, Lilly and Lena get WAY into the details of the show that's finally firing on all cylinders. Lena points out all the plot holes and paradoxes because she's a pedantic, Lilly gets to recap her favorite cliffhanger of all time, and both agree that the Hotness levels are series best. Fight us in the comments! #macandcheese #fucknathan

In this ep Lilly and Lena say hello to everyone's favorite sadsack policeman, discuss how the show's hair and makeup budget has fully come into its own, come up with a bright new nickname for HRG, and begin the long, arduous journey of deciphering whether or not Mohinder's monologues have anything to do with the episodes they're attached to.

In the first episode of Trashfire TV, Lilly and Lena cover the pilot of the show that brought them together, Heroes! Lilly is VERY excited, Lena immediately makes her Peter loyalties known, and they both jump around the plotlines like continuity has no meaning. It's a trashfire, stay toasty!
