Trauma and grief push us into growth. We must choose whether we will resist and suffer or let go and grow; the choice is not easy but is utterly up to us. 


Today's episode was inspired by a conversation with a beautiful soul I met at the park that we will call Mary. She told me her story of grief and trauma; she described the suffering, the guilt, the remorse, and all the hurt and pain she was going through. We talked about letting go, self-blame, and compassion. 


Throughout this episode, I discuss the two questions Mary asked me at the park, how to let go of hurt and pain, and what we do when we don't know how to feel the feelings. I also share four different ways to approach healing.
