You are back for another shift in the ER when EMS rings down that they are bringing in a 70 year old female who sustained an unwitnessed fall with a head laceration and a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) of 12. Meanwhile, there is banging on the ambulance door where staff now find an approximately 20 year old male who is unresponsive with blood soaking through his clothes.
