I talk about meditation in general today and the best way to start it and why you want to begin a practice, even if it's only to quiet your mind for 2-3 minutes a day.

Then I discuss my meditation today in which I simply laid down on the beach (in my meditation) and grounded for about 20-30 minutes.  While I was lying there thinking that this was a lame meditation, negative emotions and feelings started coming up and my Higher Self directed me to notice them and then let them flow out of my body and into the earth, so they could be changed into positive energy.  After moving some easier negative emotions, I finally reached the elephant in the room -- apathy and laziness.  These two emotions didn't want to move and were lodged in my chest like a giant block.  My Higher Self told me to release all judgment on these emotions, because they were a result of trauma to my physical and energetic bodies.  Once she said that, the tears started flowing, the block broke up and the emotions drained into the earth.  It was a profound and very healing meditation.
