Femi is a human performance expert,

certified nutritionist, health-tech

entrepreneur, and the creator of his own

wellness methodology, “The Four Levers

of Self-Health.” Femi consults and does

guest speaking across the industry on

leadership, accountability, communication,

and fitness. He also is the founder and

CEO of HealthReel, a holistic fitness

application. Femi did his MBA at Johns

Hopkins University with an emphasis on

digital health. Prior to his pivot into human performance, Femi played 11

years in the NFL and is a member of the Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl

XXXV championship team. Femi has a BA in psychology from San Diego

State University, where he also played collegiate football.
