Ep #9: This week, I sit down to talk about much of what I've been through and experienced these past few years. A lot has transpired within a short amount of time and I am here to let others know they are not alone. I touch on grief, trauma, career, trials, and why dating just wasn't in the cards for me up until recently. I've been faced with trauma and transistion over and over again all while doing what I could to be healthy, mentally and emotionally - not just for me, but for my son too.
