无论……都…… (wúlùn... dōu...)
Meaning: No matter what happens, still...
Structure: 无论 + condition, subject + 都 + verb phrase

Examples:

• 无论我去哪儿，我都带着耳塞。
  No matter where I go, I always bring earplugs.
• 无论天气怎样，我都会带一把折叠伞。
  No matter the weather, I always bring a folding umbrella.
