It's the last day of the ride as the Amigos ride from Kasol to Chandigarh - they negotiate the curvy and dangerous roads down from the hills, past the Pandoh dam, the Aut tunnel and brave road-raging drivers and traffic jams in Simla and finally land in Chandigarh and meet Paaji again!

The Amigos decide to set out from Manali and explore the nearby Parvati valley and shack up at the backpacking spot of Kasol, Himachal Pradesh. We descend down from Losar in the Spiti region to Keylong - coming down the fearsome Kunzum pass, alongside the Chandra river. This day is a real adventure! There are no roads! The Amigos continue their merry way across Spiti valley. They explore the ancient Tabo monastery - the oldest continually inhabited Buddhist monastery in India, the ancient Dhankar gompa perched above the confluence of the Spiti and Pin rivers, the Pin valley and Kaza. THREE MEN ON MOTORCYCLES on the SPITI VALLEY RIDE -  cross the confluence of the Sutlej and the Spiti rivers and enter the Spiti valley plateau. We visit the amazing Himalayan oasis of Nako lake and see a magical meteor shower!

We  ride on the HINDUSTAN TIBET road and reach the confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej rivers at Khab!  We get motivated by SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED, get invited for lunch by the  Indian Army and ride to the last point of the HINDUSTAN TIBET road. 

This is one of the most amazing places in India - a place of immense power!

The riders set out from Chandigarh and battle a most horrendous traffic jam caused by a rascally toll booth! They explore the wonders of Chail - but find themselves homeless in Simla!
