While Three Kings Day interrupted Karin Avila's trip to Peñafiel in Spain, the warmth and generosity of the locals turned it into a delightful surprise. In this small town of just over 5000 people, surrounded by wineries, they did everything from descending into centuries-old underground cellars to touring a multi-generational family-run winery, and an unforgettable tasting in nearby San Bernardo.
