Jessica Freedman is currently traveling through Southeast Asia with her husband and two children. She is studying birth culture and support in other cultures to bring more well-rounded support to her local community and to her clients throughout the world.

She is the founder of MamaShakti Prenatal, a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator, Birth Doula and Prenatal-Postpartum Yoga Teacher and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

She began MamaShakti in 2018. It was the first Yoga Alliance Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in the Tampa Bay Area. In 2020 just after Covid, she took the training virtual and has trained hundreds of yoga teachers and professionals how to teach prenatal yoga.
