Hi everyone!

Today's extra episode on the podcast comes with a particular conversation, a different perspective coming from Jeniji. We dig deeper into what it means to travel inside and out, with a focus on the human family.

Hey guys,
It is the third episode about my experience of being an immigrant. It was October 2012 when I ended up volunteering in Tunisia. Listen to the the story of what pushed me to go there and how my first two days felt like. I decided to split the story in few parts because it is a lot to unfold from my Tunisian experience.

Heya to all of you reading this.
Last April I was exploring Peru and of course, I couldn't miss the main attraction, Machu Picchu.
It was around 20 years ago when I started reading about Inca and Maya culture. My family had a book subscription which meant we were getting one book per month in the post. And like that, I got really into what Inca culture was about. The lack of internet was good for my reading habits.
Since then it has been my dream to visit Machu Picchu. But Peru it always seemed so far away (I mean it actually is from Romania, but so are some dreams). Still, this dream was just like background music in a restaurant. I don't always hear it, but it never stops giving a lovely ambience to the place.
And finally, 20 years later my dream came true. It took me one year to talk about it and the actual few weeks to process everything I went through. Listen for the entire story in today's episode.

For my birthday I decided to travel, shocking I know! 30 by 33. Thirty being the number of countries and the number of episodes. Hehe. Before telling you about how my trip went so far, listen to some short updates. And then enjoy the highlights of my trip, starting from booking and deciding where to go, mentioning the budget decisions I had to make and how I feel about Cyprus. #alinaswonders Booking.com using this code https://www.booking.com/s/44_6/6237c19f.
Eight years ago I was lucky enough to get accepted in an ERASMUS exchange program. Listen to my story about the challenges I had to overcome while being a student in Istanbul, Turkey and the lessons learned during my semester living abroad. #alinaswonders
