Travis Lesser is the founder of Appalachian Food Works, a farmer-focused, nonprofit food hub working to build a more equitable local food system with greater access to food grown and raised in Central Pennsylvania. Travis also talks extensively about his own entrepreneurial journey, switching careers to reconnect with his enterprising roots. He's currently running a crowd-funding campaign to help the nonprofit with administrative startup costs such as website hosting and insurance.
