Condemnation is a time stealer. Too often we have done the wrong things, felt terrible about it, repented, GOD FORGAVE US, but we still struggle with moving forward. How many of us are still living our lives in past failures? How many of us are still living our lives in old victories? Either way, God has moved on and wants us to experience new things. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Normally we think of that when someone is giving their life to Christ, and while yes that holds true for that circumstance, it also holds true for those of us who are already in Christ. God is all about the NEW. He's a God of progression and typically the one that holds us back from the blessings is the person we see in the mirror each day.
