Mental Health Awareness Month
This month we are diving in and speaking up about mental health. Listen in for this month-long series.
It's time to Get Up for your mental health. The avoiding ends today, it's time to unlearn that. Let's get up and GROW together.
We say we are "fine" or "good" but are you actually though? Be honest with yourself!
I'M BACK!!!!! Gosh, it feels good!
In this episode, I talked about taking charge of your mental health this year and one of the biggest ways is to stop taking things personally!
When supporting a friend, validating their feelings and emotions are extremely important. We want your friends to feel seen, heard, and supported. Tell them they have every right to feel how they are feeling.
Validation is key.

A lot ask or wonder how my sister passed away. After six years I am finally able to grieve. About the lose of my ten-year-old sister. She was so energetic, athletic, and talented. I miss her dearly, every single day.
Keep going, it gets better. My sister would be extremely proud of me so I keep going forward for her.

Our emotions have value no matter how painful and upsetting they may be. Everyone has emotions, especially myself. I am not afraid to show or share my emotions with the world. Don't let anyone tell you, you are "too emotional".
Always remember you're loved, important, and worthy. Set boundaries for yourself.
Have a great week, sending positive vibes your way.
