What is most important to you? The way YOU FEEL or the way you are perceived?
We are all guilty to some degree of chasing kudos; it's human nature and also exists throughout the animal kingdom, but is it hurting your progress?
In the video, I discuss how Covid was the perfect opportunity to see who we really are. I talk about the mentality of different athletes I worked with during that time and how I worked with my (then) sponsor to motivate and inspire people to workout, even with no event or race on the horizon.
We saw a huge difference in people during this time. I find it fascinating, but we can also switch our own drive and discipline carefully to make ourselves more powerful in sport, running, and in life.
I hope you enjoy the video.
I'd love to know your opinions, do you agree with my opinion or not?
