In it, she shares her testimony of enduring her own season of suffering and running away from the pain to pursue pleasure then coming to realize that the only thing that lasts is faith in the Lord. Then, Deena reminds herself that her prayer closet is the place to hear from God and gets what she needs. Finally, she prayers and encourages everyone to keep praying and going forward, not to give up and to get up.

When you don't want to pray anymore, that's the time to press and hold onto your faith during tests and trials.

I recall the time I was able to escape almost being in the line of fire after going to meet a friend.

It was a simple instruction but that act of obedience spared my life. We need to obey the word of God at all times, it is imperative to our daily living in little and big choices. From what we were to do, to where we work, and everything in between. Obedience is better.

When I was in a hard place I wanted to end my life, I didn't know how I was going to make it day to day, but God.

He sent help at the exact moment that I wanted to give up and I am alive today because of Jesus. No one else.

If He did it for me, He can do it for you too, He is sending you help so that you can fight on. The blood of Jesus is able to keep you. Try Him for yourself. He won't ever fail. Ever.

I am alive in Jesus.
