In fact, Jesus’ disciples once asked, “Lord, teach us to pray.” (Luke 11:2) Over the next six weeks, leading up to Easter, we will look at how Jesus taught us to pray in the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6) and learn from Jesus’ High Priestly Prayer (John 17). This week, Pastor Michael looks at how 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5 helps show us a model of praying for the spread of the gospel.

Over four weeks, we will look at the four major aspects of the storyline of the Bible: 1) Creation, 2) Fall, 3) Redemption, and 4) New Creation. Through this Equip Class, we want to deepen your understanding of the Bible and how to live in light of God’s story.

TCC Kids wants to partner with parents to make disciples of the next generation. Family discipleship in the home is a central part of this vision. But how (and why) in the world do parents teach their kids about Jesus? What does that even look like practically through various stages of childhood? What are we aiming for and how do we know we are doing it well?
