The better I get at this physical fitness skill the more my workouts are very painful and kind of sucky experiences. Especially the days I really don't want to do it I keep my carrot in mind. For me it's a pint of Halo Top Ice Cream or some weed, but anything that you feel like is an indulgence for you that doesn't set you back in your goals can be the difference between giving up during or even before your workout and absolutely killing it!
