SGH is partnering medical group Minmed for the rollout of SWIFT, a care programme that attends to non-urgent cases at the hospital’s emergency department by way of teleconsultation. Asia First's Andrea Heng and Hairianto Diman find out how the process works, and which parts of the hospital’s emergency pressures will be relieved by this initiative.
