John Gonzalez and Amy Sherman of MLive and "Behind the Mitten" recently interviewed Grand Rapids chef Chris Perky, who will be a guest chef at a special wine dinner at Treetops Resort in Gaylord.
The dinner is 6 p.m. Nov. 19 with Modern Craft Winery. Perky is the founder of IronGR, a Cast Iron Restaurant and Osteria Rossa in Grand Rapids.
Joining Chef Perky is Treetops Food and Beverage Director Gabe Bober and Amy Sherman.
